When you reach out, you're talking to Brandon — a licensed paramedic who's been on GLP-1 medications personally and built this guide from that experience. He's a knowledgeable, friendly person who will genuinely do his best to help. That said, he's not a GLP-1 specialist or prescribing provider. He can help you understand things your doctor has told you, think through questions you might want to ask at your next appointment, point you to the right section of the guide, or just talk through what you're going through. What he can't do is give specific medical advice about your treatment, adjust dosing, or replace a conversation with your healthcare provider. And even if your question falls outside what he can help with directly, he'll at the very least point you in the right direction. Every message gets a real response — that's a promise.
