How to Use This Template
- 1 Fill in your starting sizes on the first card — tops, pants, dress/skirt, and one custom item. Write today's date. This is your baseline.
- 2 Set your goal sizes in the bottom-left box and write down the outfit you can't wait to wear. Make it specific — "the black dress from my sister's wedding" is better than "a smaller dress."
- 3 Update when something changes — not on a schedule, but whenever you notice a difference. Tried on an old shirt and it fits? That's an update. Note your win on the star line.
- 4 Check off "Life Fits Better" moments as they happen. These sneak up on you — one day you'll cross your legs and realize it's easy, or catch your reflection and actually smile. Write the date so you never forget.
- 5 Write your ultimate milestone. The one big thing you're working toward. Read it when you hit a plateau. Read it when you're frustrated. Let it pull you forward.
