How to Use This Template
- 1 Print in landscape and 3-hole punch for your binder. Write your start date and an optional goal at the top — something that matters to you beyond the scale.
- 2 Pick a weigh-in day (same day each week, same time — mornings are most consistent). Rate your energy, appetite, and wellbeing 1–5.
- 3 Use the Notes column for anything worth remembering — side effects, milestones, how your clothes fit, what surprised you that week.
- 4 At Week 1, fill in the Snapshot box. Then resist the urge to peek until Week 8 — the comparison hits different when you haven't been watching it.
- 5 At Week 8, complete the Snapshot and write your biggest win. Bring it to your next doctor's appointment — concrete data makes for better conversations.
